Über mich

To give a short impression about myself and my core qualities: -Eye for detail -Clear communication -Team player -Customer driven close to the companies and my own core values. Major Personal drivers: -Working on a Project basis ( more projects at a time ) -Organizing -Structuring -Problem solving with high customer-oriented attitude. Core values that I look for in my work: -Passion -Team spirit -Growth opportunities (both personal and in jobposition) -Reliability (transparency) within the team. This means in practice that I am a powerful interconnecting self-starter, who doesn’t give up easily with managerial and coaching abilities. Someone with a helicopter view and hands-on mentality to give continuity during the most challenging and complex projects. In the past 26 years I have been working in various international functions: Sales, Marketing and Contract Management, Team leader Customer Support and Facility Management. I have been responsible for International Sales (1st and 2nd line) and Marketing. This includes both existing and new Business and larger strategic internal and external projects. Among other things; responsible for corporate events and International trade shows mainly in Germany. All real plan and control functions in which you should be able to quickly switch between different tasks and different interests. I worked for years in the hospitality, requirement and Office furniture business. I am looking for a challenging position in the Hamburg area where my broad knowledge of Sales, Project and Facility management, Marketing, organisational skills and (International) Business can translate to efficiency, motivating, progress and cost savings as well as the growth in results and involvement of the team.
